Shipping prices are not included in the price of the item. All shipping fees are to be paid by the customer and are included in the total purchase price unless otherwise stated. Once we receive full payment for your order and shipping, your order will be packaged and shipped. Overnight shipping will be shipped at our discretion. Our delivery dates are approximations only and usually delivered to your location 2 to 14 business days after full payment is received. For new equipment and supply products your order will be shipped from our inventory if in stock or by the manufacturer’s availability.
Once your purchased product(s) is placed on the truck for shipment, shipping responsibility is transfered to you. Once the product is shipped, the customer will be notified and provided with instructions to track the shipment.
For most of Kroslak’s Equipment, we use standard ground or Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight. The shipping rate is determined by class, weight, pickup, destination zip code and any additional services required. Our shipping is within the 48 contiguous United States.
For shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States, we offer International Freight Forwarding.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the dimensions, weight, freight class and by zip code. Our freight calculator communicates with multiple freight carriers to determine the lowest rates available to your location including our volume discount. Please call Customer Service at (813) 231-9631 to determine shipping amount prior to purchase.
Orders Damaged During Shipping:
- In the event your shipment is damaged in transit, we advise you to refuse delivery. Our Customer Service can assist with reordering and help initiate your freight claim.
- If the freight carrier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees may apply.
Kroslak Bakery Equipment is not responsible for delivery delays due to shipping delays, strikes, suppliers’ delays, changes requested by the customer, or any causes that are beyond our control. Kroslak Bakery Equipment will be held harmless and not be liable for loss of, reputation, sales, customer transactions and revenue due to delayed delivery or installation of equipment or the customer’s business operation of equipment for production, quality or taste of food products.
